Exchange Policy

At Dhruva Designs, we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request an exchange under the conditions outlined below.

1. Exchange Eligibility

Customers may request an exchange if:

  • The product received is damaged during delivery
  • The wrong product was delivered
  • The product has a manufacturing defect

Exchange requests must be submitted within 24 Hours of receiving the product.

2. Conditions for Exchange

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition
  • The item must be returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories
  • Device information
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided

Dhruva Designs reserves the right to reject exchange requests that do not meet these conditions.

3. Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered
  • Products returned after the exchange period

4. Exchange Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • If the exchange request is approved, a replacement product will be sent to the customer.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the requested product is unavailable, store credit may be offered.

5. Exchange Shipping

Shipping costs for exchanges may be the responsibility of the customer unless the exchange is due to:

  • A defective product
  • An incorrect item delivered
